1.1. Designated Driver Services: I Drive Yall Ride provides designated driver services for wine tours, driving customers in their own vehicles.
1.2. Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is in a suitable and legal condition for transportation.
2. Alcohol Consumption:
2.1. Legal Drinking Age: Customers and passengers must comply with the legal drinking age in the location of the wine tour.
2.2. Responsibility for Alcohol: I Drive Yall Ride is not responsible for monitoring or controlling the alcohol consumption of customers or passengers during or after the wine tour.
2.3. Post-Drop Off Activities: I Drive Yall Ride is not responsible for any activities, accidents, falls, or incidents that occur after the drop-off has been completed, including but not limited to activities related to alcohol consumption.
3. Customer Conduct:
3.1. Responsible Behavior: Customers and passengers are expected to behave responsibly and adhere to local laws and regulations during the wine tour.
3.2. Liability Release: I Drive Yall Ride is not liable for any injuries, damages, or incidents that may occur due to the actions or conduct of customers or passengers.
4. Vehicle Condition:
4.1. Customer Vehicle: Customers are responsible for the maintenance, condition, and cleanliness of their vehicles during transportation.
4.2. Inspection: I Drive Yall Ride reserves the right to inspect the customer's vehicle to ensure it meets safety standards for transportation.
5. Limitation of Liability:
5.1. No Liability for Falls or Incidents: I Drive Yall Ride is not liable for any falls, accidents, or incidents that occur after the drop-off has been completed, regardless of the circumstances.
5.2. No Responsibility for Customer Activities: I Drive Yall Ride is not responsible for any activities or events that take place after the completion of the wine tour.
