I Drive Yall Ride – Cancellation & Refund Policy

At I Drive Yall Ride, we value your business and understand that unexpected changes can occur. To protect the time and resources of our drivers, partners, and customers, the following cancellation and refund policy applies to all booked services. By booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Customer Cancellations
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to steven.richardson@idriveyallride.com.

A cancellation will only be considered effective once written confirmation of receipt has been sent by I Drive Yall Ride.

The time stamp of the confirmed receipt email will serve as the official cancellation time for purposes of this policy.
a. Designated Driver Service

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time to avoid a cancellation fee.
b. Luxury SUV / SUV Service

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time to avoid a cancellation fee.
c. Sprinter Van or Other Large Vehicle Transportation

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled service time to avoid a cancellation fee.
Failure to provide the required notice will result in a cancellation fee up to the full cost of the service.
2. Company-Initiated Cancellations
In the rare event that I Drive Yall Ride cancels a service due to vehicle issues, driver emergencies, or other operational concerns:

Customers will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule the service at no additional cost.
3. Exceptions for Extraordinary Circumstances
We recognize that certain situations may be beyond your control. Refunds or rescheduling may be granted for events such as:

Natural disasters

Government-mandated travel bans

Documented medical or major personal emergencies
Exceptions are considered on a case-by-case basis, and supporting documentation may be required.
4. Non-Refundable Items

Third-party fees, permits, or non-recoverable costs incurred on your behalf are non-refundable, even if the service is canceled.
5. Policy Acceptance
By booking a service with I Drive Yall Ride, you acknowledge and agree to comply with this cancellation and refund policy, including the requirement that all cancellations be submitted and confirmed in writing via email.
